why bubble paper pad?
Bubble Paper Pad is a great replacement for foam blocks, pulp, corrugated dividers, and more! Our 0.5 inch thick options are great for packouts that require a more flexible option. You can fold and roll around products to reduce friction and separate items. The 1.5 inch thick variation is great for a stiffer, more cushioning divider to reduce breakage from impact. There are many uses for our pads, but here are some of our favorites:
Separate multiple products in one box to prevent contact damage
Isolate fragile items (glass, ceramics, bottles) from heavier contents

A fantastic utilization of Bubble Paper Pads is for cold chain shipping. Our pad is derived from our Bubble Paper Liners which have thermal protective qualities. Our pads can be used in a cold chain packout as:
Dividing refrigerated and frozen items
Moisture wicking barrier between items and gel packs/dry ice
Protective layer for breakables (wine bottles, glass jars, sauce jars, etc.)
Supporting layer to help cool air move throughout the box to maximize required temperature threshold time
