Bubble Paper Liners are a packaging insulation solution designed with the cold chain industry in mind, reducing cost and increasing product recyclability. With our Bubble Paper technology core, they can be used to ship food, beverages, medical supplies, and other temperature-sensitive payloads. Each “kit” contains two liners— an “A liner” and a “B liner” both 1.5 inches (3.81 cm) thick. The two liners fit snug into a variety of box sizes, creating a barrier on all sides. The traditional cold chain material of extruded polystyrene foam (EPS) takes 500 years to biodegrade. Other materials such as cotton or jute and other fiber-based materials are still expensive for the consumer, leading them away from sustainable alternatives.
The Bubble Paper Liners provide insulation comparable to EPS, Jute, Cotton, and Cornstarch Liners. They can be used with gel packs or dry ice for extra temperature control. We provide consumers with an eco-friendly option without compromising cost or performance.
